We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.ย
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Return /Exchange Requests
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.ย ย For these types of issues we can offer you store credit immediately so you can quickly reorder.ย ย
Other Return /Exchange Requestsย (requests for different size or color, etc.)
All of our items are printed to order meaning we do not keep an inventory, because of this we cannot offer outright returns or exchanges.ย If you would like a different size or color, you may return your item for store credit within 30 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for this type of return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.ย
To start a return, you can contact us atย support@garageworn.com and we will provide an address for you to ship the items back to us.ย Note items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.ย
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.ย
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We donโt guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if accepted provide you with store credit.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, you must let us know within 30 minutes of when the order was placed. We will do our best to cancel any orders after this period but once production begins we can no longer cancel the order.
